Online Forms Overview
IASystem™ provides the opportunity to customize evaluation forms by adding or deleting questions, creating new questions and saving the revised form for use by specific departments, colleges, or the entire institution. Only users with the IASystem™ Administrator role have the ability to manage online forms; however, Administrators can assign this ability to other users via custom roles.
Managing Online Forms
- View Available Forms: View IASystem™ Standard Forms and Custom Forms.
- Create Custom Forms: Create custom evaluation forms for the entire campus or specific college(s) or departments(s).
- Manage Published & Draft Forms: Edit or delete custom evaluation forms.
- View Archived Forms: Preview or activate custom evaluation forms.
