IASystem 2.12 Release Notes
New Features & Modifications
Release 2.12 includes updates to the Administrator and Faculty portal. The new faculty midterm feedback option gives faculty the opportunity to request student feedback midterm regarding their learning experience in the course thus far. This formative feedback can serve as an additional resource to instructors so they can make adjustments to improve student learning before the end-of-term. Updates and details listed below.
Updates to the IASystem™ Administrative Portal:
- NEW Faculty Midterm Feedback: Administrators must contact your IASystem Account Manager or email support@iasystem.org to request to have this feature turned on. Administrators and Faculty may now request for Faculty Midterm Feedback. Administrator and Coordinators can learn more within their associated IASystem User Guides or start here: https://iasystem.org/help-main/administration-guide/edit-delete-midterm-feedback/
- Scheduled email notifications: now display under the Notifications column.
Updates to the IASystem™ Faculty Portal:
- NEW Faculty Midterm Feedback: Instructor management of midterm feedback is a new feature now available to all IASystem™ clients under the Midterm tab within the faculty portal. (Note: This feature is available to faculty if permitted by your institution. Contact your Administrator for access and/or policies.). - NEW Archive Added Items: Faculty can now archive any unused items directly under the My Items tab. Archived tabs can be re-published at any time for future use.
- Scheduled email notifications: now display under the Notifications column.
