Configuring your IASystem™ System Application

An Administrator can request a number of system configuration options to customize your institution’s IASystem application. Below are some features and notifications you may request to change.

Faculty Item Creation On Allow Faculty to create their own items within the IASystem Faculty portal and add them to an existing online evaluation
Faculty Evaluation Request Off

Allow Faculty to create and manage evaluations within the IASystem Faculty portal

3 Options Available: Create & Manage

  1. Paper Evaluations Only
  2. Online Evaluations Only
  3. Both Paper and Online Evaluations
Restrict Number of Days Faculty can Request 0 Number of days before the end of the quarter to stop faculty requests for paper evaluations if this option is selected
Manage Forms On Allow system users to manage online forms
Create Form Items On Allow system users to create new form items
Enter SIS Term ID Off Allow Administrators to enter SIS Term ID field when creating a new term
Login Instructions Off Instructions to help users with a custom login form
Hide Deciles for Faculty Off Hide institution deciles on IASystem Faculty portal
Hide Participant List Off Hide Participant List from system users within the IASystem Admin portal
Hide Email Distribution List Off Hide Distribution List from Administrator(s)
Faculty Midterm Request Off

Allow Faculty to create and manage midterm feedback requests within the IASystem Faculty portal

  1. Online Midterm Feedback Only
Hide Midterm Reports On Hide Midterm Feedback Reports from IASystem Admin portal

NOTIFICATIONS

Notify Faculty On Send email notification to faculty once evaluation is open
Notify Faculty Eval Set Up On Send email notification to faculty when an evaluation is set up and modified
Notify Faculty Report Availability On Send email notification to faculty when reports become available
Notify Students On Send email notification to students once evaluation is open
Notify Students Evaluation Complete Off Send email notification to students once they complete an evaluation

Please note all of these require Administrators to notify your IASystem Manager or email support@iasystem.org to request to make changes to these features.
