IASystem™ Midterm Feedback Email Notification Schedule

All Midterm Feedback requests are equipped with email notifications. Emails will be sent under the following circumstances:

Midterm Feedback
 Created & Updated
  • At the time a midterm feedback request is created, faculty receive an automated email with information about the request setup details and link to the IASystem™ faculty portal.
  • At the time a midterm feedback request is updated, faculty receive an automated email with updated information about their midterm feedback request details.
Midterm Feedback
 Opens
  • Faculty receive an automated email notifying them the midterm feedback request for their class is now open.
  • Students receive an automated email notifying them the midterm feedback request for their class is now open and asking them to complete it.
Midterm Feedback Close
  • Faculty receive an automated email when their Midterm Feedback Summary Report(s) are available within the IASystem Faculty portal. These emails are generated when the request is closed.
Reminders & Updates
  • Automated emails are sent to students who have not yet responded based on IASystem™ Midterm Email Reminder Schedule (below).
  • Automated emails are sent to faculty with updated response rate information and midterm feedback request details based on IASystem™ Midterm Email Reminder Schedule (below).

IASystem™ Midterm Email Student Reminder & Faculty Update Schedule

Email reminders are sent to students who have not completed the midterm feedback. Email updates are sent to faculty with current response rate information. These notifications are based on length of feedback:

Additionally, IASystem™ will send an automated email to instructors when their Midterm Feedback Summary Reports are available. These emails will be sent to instructors when the midterm feedback request is closed.
