  • *Email Distribution List: To assist in troubleshooting student issues Administrators now have access to an Email Distribution List under the Notification column. To navigate there select these tabs: Evaluations>Online Evaluations>View and Manage Evaluations>Continue.
  • Evaluation List Data File: System Users may now access the Evaluation List in a data file export within the IASystem Admin portal under the Results>Data File tabs.
  • Archive Custom Online Forms: Systems Users given access to create custom online forms may now archive any unused forms.
  • *Remove Participant List: Administrators may now request to have the Participant List removed from the IASystem Admin portal for their entire institution. Currently the default is ‘On’.
  • Improved Email to Faculty: The open and close date now appear on separate lines as well as including the day of the week to improve faculty experience. Messaging modified only in Faculty Evaluation Created and Modified Email Notification Content.

* Administrators must contact your IASystem Account Manager or email support@iasystem.org to request to have this feature turned off.
