Release Notes 1.13
IASystem™1.13 includes updated dashboard displays, email notification content and sending, a new confirmation page for student surveys and time zone improvements
Features & Fixes
- Dashboard Update: New IASystem™ clients with no previous course evaluation data will now see a notification on the dashboard that indicates there is no previous term data to display.
- Dashboard System Notification: An announcement banner has been added to display system updates and notifications to all administrative users on their IASystem™ dashboard.
- Updated Email Notifications: Additional information about evaluation open/close dates/times in the email notification text has been added. See revised email templates in the Coordinator User Guide.
- Student Surveys: On the student survey pages, there is an added confirmation page prior to survey submission that boldly and clearly provides the name of the instructor and course that is being evaluated and warns the student that once they submit the evaluation, there responses are final and cannot be undone.
- Client Time Zone: Updated local time to UTC/GMT for more accurate date/time calculations within the application.
- Email Notification Sending: Improved speed of sending system generated email notifications.
