Release 1.17-1.18
IASystem™1.17-1.18 includes a new export with aggregated response rate data and various fixes and enhancements to improve IASystem™ functionality.
The IASystem™ Coordinator User Guide has been updated to reflect these changes, including an extensive update to the Manage Instructors & Students documentation that clarifies behaviors when editing, adding, or deleting an instructor or student from a course.
Features & Fixes
- New Response Rate Export: In Results/Datafiles, there is a new export file that can be generated that displays aggregate response rate data for closed evaluations by Institution, College, Subcollege (if applicable) and Department.
- Fixed Sidebar Filters: On listing pages with left sidebar filters, when changing the value of the filters in the sidebar it was reported the data on the page was not properly displaying. A refresh button was added to the sidebar and data is now properly updating.
- Fixed Open Time on Edited Evaluations: For online evaluations that had been edited after they were created, the evaluation open time was being changed from 12:00am to 07:00am. This has been corrected so edited evaluations, along with all other online evaluations, open at 12:00am.
- Improved Validation for Adding Instructors to a Course: In Manage Instructors & Students, when adding a Teaching Assistant (TA) to a course as an instructor, the system was allowing a record to be added even if it did not have an employee ID. We have improved validation to ensure that in the case of a missing employee ID it will need to be added before a user is able to add the record as an instructor to the course.
- Extended Item Text for Instructor-added Questions in the Faculty Portal: Custom questions created by instructors in the faculty portal were previously limited to 255 characters; this has been extended to 500 characters.
