New Features & Modifications

Release 2.06 includes various fixes, back-end improvements and improved user messaging when editing terms and creating evaluations.  There are updated PDFs of both the Administrator User Guide and Coordinator User Guide.

• Changing Online Evaluation Dates when Editing a Term:
  Provided additional messaging to inform users that when the Open, Closed, and Reports Available default dates are edited, those changes do NOT affect any existing course evaluations.  However, the new dates will populate for any future course evaluations.
• Sorting Courses when Creating Evaluations:
  Provided additional messaging to inform users that Columns can be sorted by Course, ID, Title, and Instructor and sorting will be retained on the next page where evaluation details are defined.
